There are many contributing factors to purchasing raw materials so please feel free to contact us for further information.
AGED LUMBER
B.C sourced aged lumber ranging from 40 years to 100 years of age. Some of this material comes from the old Trapp build and the old Maynard building located in Vancouver, B.C.
This lumber is guaranteed to add that priceless character to your home, but truly is a gem to work with.
ROUGH SAWN LUMBER
New lumber that is locally and sustainably sourced – most of this comes from local arborists or is harvested dead standing. We have Hemlock, Fir, Pine, Oak and Cedar. All the lumber we sell is of high quality.
Lumber orders can be kiln dried and profiled to suite your building needs. There is roughly a 3 week wait for kiln dried materials.
100 YEAR OLD KELOWNA-MADE BRICKS
100 year old reclaimed bricks that we hand salvaged during the span of several months from their original 1904 Knox Mountain Brick location. You can check out our own personal story right here:
